CDI manufactures CDs and DVDs from stampers that are produced in our Mastering Department. We use the most advanced equipment available in the industry in order to produce all types of discs including: CD-ROM, CD-AUDIO, DVD-5, DVD-9, DVD-10, and others. Only the highest quality raw materials and standards, as laid down by Philips Corp. are used during the production process.

Our products and services include:

CD AUDIO :A disc containing music tracks

CD ROM : A disc containing data: software, games, presentations, etc.

CD PLUS : A disc with one or more tracks of software / music and an additional track for
                 video. This is a common combination in the music field, where a video is
                 attached to the music tracks

DVD : Digital Versatile Disc – a disc containing video or data in all DVD formats.

The company is the sole provider in Israel of replication services for the leading DVD formats including DVD 5-9-10. In addition, the Company provides its customers with DVD mastering, as well as consulting and professional customer service.

DVD (Digital Versatile Disc) technology is the most innovative technology available in the optic disc industry, developed in order to provide an enhanced home entertainment experience – for video, music and for computer data storage. The media has achieved the widest penetration in the film industry, serving as a replacement to the VHS cassette. Within three years of its introduction, the DVD has captured 40% of the optical disc market.

In addition, DVD technology allows content owners to offer their end customers high quality video, information in various languages, subtitles, and a wide range of other possibilities which contribute to the interaction between the customer and the DVD.

CD-R : Recordable CD media with capacity of 700MB

The CD-R has become the most acceptable means for storing information primarily in the field of software and multimedia, but is also widely used for storing music. Similar to an ordinary CD, the capacity of the  CD-R is 80 minutes or 700MB.

CDI's media products are widely used among professional customers for whom product quality is of the highest importance, such as: recording studios, software and computer companies, hospitals, Ministry of Defense, etc.

CDI provides CD-R logo label printing services for organisations and institutions . This service is provided through the Company’s advanced silk-printing machinery located in its Karmiel, Israel factory.

DVD-R :Recordable DVD with capacity of 4.7 GB
Or 7 times greater storage capacity than the regular CD-R. The media comes in two formats:
1. Authoring Use for a DVD master.
2. General Use for other applications such as business, professional, or private.

Business Card : The digital business card
The digital business card is a disc holding a presentation / catalog or any other idea for presenting information about the card owner. The card can hold 40 MB – 70 MB and is shaped as a business card (it is possible to make a rounded edges card or a rectangular one). The thickness does not exceed that of the familiar paper card, but is superior in holding additional information for the customer, beyond the external details printed on the regular business card.

Shape CD: A CD with different shapes
he Shape CD is a normal disc cut by a unique technology into any shape as chosen by the customer (heart, square, leaf shape, and any other idea). 

This product can be used for promotional purposes, for advertising, entering a club and more. Data capacity on the disc depends on how it’s cut – the wider the shape, the more data it can hold.

 When the content is music the shape CD allows for almost any shape. If the disc is for storing information (CD ROM) then the shape chosen must be symmetrical.
